Not Heidi Clara - Clara was the other girl character in "Heidi", and Joanna was the author. Maybe too many associations...

We think we've got our first names picked out for child number 2 - Heidi for a girl and Ralph for a boy.

Any ideas for middle names to go with these? My daughter is Isabella Alice, so those are out, and our surname starts with N so that's out too.

Only other letter that is out for Heidi is 'E' - my husband is a free range egg farmer so that would give rise to some serious leg pulling at school... It's a shame as there are loads of lovely names beginning with E!
