Hi guys,
Really like the name Libby for a girl. I love Reeco for a boy. My hubby, myself and little boy who is 4 have middle names beginning with J. Any suggestions for middle names beginning with J to go with the above choices??? xx

Thankyou for your reply. My last name is Ingham and so i'm maybe after something with 1 syllable. I do like your choices though :-) x

My little boy is Luca and his middle name is James..I have to say I love James but don't want it to be the same

Is Reeco a different way of spelling Rico?

mummsy2be Sat 25-May-13 22:27:19

I'm liking Reeco Joe...What do you think about Reeco Jay? Does everyone like Reeco??..it's very different but I'm really liking it :-)

mummsy2be Sat 25-May-13 22:28:31

Yes it is.. it's an alternative spelling. I like it because you read it as it sounds :-)

Just so long as you know it's not an alternative spelling- it's a wrong spelling......

mummsy2be Sat 25-May-13 22:38:31

I bought a new baby name book (2013)from Mothercare and it was listed as an alternative spelling under Rico...

squoosh Sat 25-May-13 22:39:16

Libby . . . . .

Joy
Jess
Jean
Joss
Jude
June

They're all the one syllable girl J names I can think of!

Jo

So long as you're happy with him having to correct everyone who tries to writ his name down forever.....if you say Rico that's how people will spell it. Honestly. Nobody will hear Rico and write Reeco.

mummsy2be Sat 25-May-13 22:43:19

Thankyou :-)

mummsy2be Sat 25-May-13 22:44:27

Do you think Libby Jenna goes with Ingham..I know it is not 1 syllable.?

mummsy2be Sat 25-May-13 22:46:16

I didn't want people to read Rico and say rick-o that's all. .thanks for your help x

squoosh Sat 25-May-13 22:47:39

Hmmmm, not sure that a two syllable name goes as well as say Libby Jane or Libby Jennifer for example. I think one of the names needs to have either less than or more than two syllables.

But that's just being nitpicky, Libby Jenna is fine if that's the one you like.

mummsy2be Sat 25-May-13 22:52:24

No I agree with you 'squoosh'...I'm nitpicky too! Do you like Reeco? I have taught in the past and hard to pick a name that does not relate to someone..I like Italian/Spanish sounding names although 'Henry' was a previous choice

mummsy2be Sat 25-May-13 22:53:46

p.s my middle name is Jane with a 'y' Jayne

squoosh Sat 25-May-13 22:59:27

Libby is lovely but to be honest I'm not crazy about Reeco.

What about Luca, Marco, Enzo, Nico, Leo?

Henry is a great name, miles better than Reeco too!

mummsy2be Sat 25-May-13 23:02:30

What would be a good middle name for Henry? My son is 4 and is Luca..

JojoMags Sun 26-May-13 15:33:15

Libby is sweet. Juliette maybe as a mn. Not keen on Reeco. Reminds me of 'reeks' which is not good, and the name looks like a brand of cleaning product. Rico is better and most people would know how to pronounce it. I much prefer though Henry, which is gorgeous, and love Hal as a nn.

Henry James
Henry John
Henry Joe
Henry Jacob
Henry Jasper

It goes with most J middle names.
