Kingy is awful.

Posh and Becks, the poorer version. SW London V Brooklyn.

But if you don't live in London then it's not that bad.

Kingston Town by UB40 springs to mind

Kingy? Sorry but no way.

Report
Bunson · 01/05/2013 01:15

Absolutely bloody awful. I would have no respect for someone with that name. Assuming you're white British. If you're from Caribbean origins then fine.

Kingy? To rhyme with 'thingy'? Erm, no.

HerRoyalNotness · 01/05/2013 01:49

I know a little boy with connections to Jamaica called this. It's his MN but its what is used everyday. For short I think they just use King. The other 2 DC have placename names too.

Kingy is dreadful. Sorry.

Kingston is fine unless you're white British. If you are, then I agree with Bunsen. If you're black or mixed race fine.
