Ok so I entered my daughter into the local newspapers best baby competition. I've bought the newspaper today and in my daughter's category there are the following:
Acer (girl)
Minnie
Oakley
Sasha-Belle (actually love this but still..)
Maisie-Mae
Jäger (girl)
Avah'Riane
Tyla-Jay (girl)
Harijak (as in Harry Jack, not a mixed heritage baby from photo/surname)
Riley-Gareth
Teejai (boy)
Ocean (girl)
And that old favourite....Nevaeh : )
that feels better!

Bloody hell. I am not even sure how one would start to pronounce most of those.

I feel I might have to change my daughter's name so she'll fit in with her future classmates!

What would you change your Dd`s name to? I suggest Lottie-Love
For a boy I think Beau-Lox is nice

Following Carrielou's JK comment, it probably is more indicative of the type of people who would enter their child into a best baby competition than your child's future classmates in general...

However, whatever my opinions on these childrens names, I believe you have the right to name your children whatever you like.
I forgot, theres an Araminta, too
Ginebra

Wow that is some list. I can hardly believe it's in the UK
I like Sasha and Belle, but it's overkill together. I know a child called Maisie -Jane.

Pixelatemyface I think Lottie-Love is fab!
I think a combo of the most repeated choices would be best so Lacey-Lexi-Mae-Mai it is

I know a Minnie , her siblings all have quite ordinary names (think Chloe, john , David, Rebecca) and then out comes Minnie ! I'm sure parents now just think of a name and find the weirdest spelling they can and lumber their kids with it !!

I am a teacher and you should see some of the names we get in school -
Jedi (seriously)
Female (pronounced Fem-ah-lee)
Kofi (for a short white ginger kid!)
Klamidia (so not joking - it's practically abuse!)
It's so bad!

Maybe it just says something about the types of parents who enter their babies into these competitions! (sorry OP)
happychappy I actually don't believe you about some of those - they are well-known to be urban myths
