Like Miley Cyrus? For a girl?
No. It isn't a real name. Miley Cyrus's real name is Destiny Hope.

From Wikipedia:
Miley is a feminine given name. It was the 278th most popular name given to baby girls born in the United States in 2007, the first year that the name or any of its variants appeared in the top 1,000 names given to baby girls, and rose to 128th in popularity in 2008, though it dropped back down to 189th place in 2009 and to 217th place in 2010.[1] Its popularity is attributed to the fame of singer, author, and actress Miley Ray Cyrus (born Destiny Hope Cyrus), whose name originated as a childhood nickname given to her by her father because she was so "smiley."[2][3] Cyrus played Miley Stewart on her sitcom Hannah Montana.

It does scream Cyrus but could be a nice nn for Emily/Amelia.

I'd make all sorts of ghastly, judgemental assumptions - none of which I'd be in the least bit proud of - of parents who called their daughter Miley outside the southern states of the US...

I don't think Miley Cyrus. I think Smiley Miley from the Radio 1 Roadshows back in the eighties. Obviously older than the average poster but I wouldn't for that reason.
