Fabian and Gabriel... not a bit too much?

I do like Torquil but DH vetoed it for DS1 sad

middle name suggestions also welcome smile

DonkeysDontRideBicycles Thu 07-Feb-13 11:36:56

Ooh (excited squeal) just saw a Casimir on the Baby Name random finder.

Torquil (bit out there?)
Rudy(ard)
go for broke: Serge

Of the boys' names mentioned above, Roman and Gabriel stood out for me as ones that went well with your older boys.

I think spelling it Rafe and pronouncing it Rafe is better than spelling it Ralph and pronouncing it Rafe!

If you like Thora (I really love it but my DH hates it too!) then maybe you might also like:

Tilda
Dora
Leonore
Cora
Theodora

fortheloveofpinkflamingos Wed 06-Feb-13 22:26:47

Thora. I really like this, although DH isn't keen

Rafe. Love love love, although, would people spell it Ralph/think of us as pretentious?

I like Tristan, but it reminds me of an Isolde I knew, who was a rather nasty piece of work

DH has suggested Wolfric, nn Wolf/Wolfie (he originally suggested Wolfgang, but thats a bit too far grin) I have to admit it's growing on me. He has also just mentioned that he loves Seraphina for a girl

more suggestions? We're really stuck!

JaneLane Wed 06-Feb-13 21:18:31

Ooh if you like those ones how about:

Girls
Viva
Ida
Una
Octavia
Petra

Rafaela
Thora

Boys

Linus
Roman
Rafe
Tristan

Your DS's have great names.
I'd go for Clemency for a DD or Cassius for a DS.

So far I'm loving

Saskia
Willa, but would it get mistaken as a mispronunciation of Willow?
Elodie
Frieda (but won't use as Fabian starts with an F)
Isadora, but would she end up just another Izzy?
Portia

Casper
Jago
Xander

Sophia is a bit plain compared to your other DC. India isn't too like Fabian but I'm not overly keen on it as a name.

How about:

Lena
Hazel
Elsa
Etta
Vita
Nia
Stella
Serena
Nora
Regan
Portia

Boys
Jasper
Rowan
Jude
Ezra
Otis
Leonard
Cole

fortheloveofpinkflamingos Tue 05-Feb-13 22:07:44

Arlo and Fabian

Is India too close to Fabian? We love Sophia, but wonder if it is too popular

No idea for boys names yet
