Maybe Eleanor? DD is Eleanor which is usually shortened to Elle.

I think it stands alone well if you don't want it to be short for anything. There are lots of lovely suggestions.

It's a lovely diminutive for Isabelle or Eleanor but she might end up being Izzy or Ellie later as they're so frequently used. People don't always ask permission.

I think it does work for Elizabeth, that's really nice.

Being Elizabeth gives you a license to choose your own name. Very cool!
