Ryan Michael ???

DH isn't British and Ryan is the only boys name we can agree on which works in both countries. Michael is after my dad and will definitely be a middle name.

Can you suggest any names similar to Ryan and that go with Michael as a middle name?

I like Thomas but DH doesn't and Evan is out as it is the name of a notorious prison where DH is from so it wouldn't work.

We both quite like Rafael but not 100% in love with it. Help!

Do you need 2 middle names? Ryan Michael sounds good as it is.

Riley or Rowan?

When you say 'works in both countries' is it a pronunciation thing or meaning or something? Is there anyone in his family whose name could be considered or adapted?

I mean in terms of being easy to pronounce for my in-laws, most of whom don't speak much English.

My nephew's name is Riley and DH doesn't like Rowan.

We have agreed to have an English sounding first name to balance it out as the surname obviously isn't English.
