I like Emmett a lot, but it is going to be extremely popular because of Twilight.

Also, it's my mom's dog's name. :)

I like it, not sure the Twilight character will have the same impact as Bella / Edward / Jacob, I wouldn't let that stop you if you like it.

Langley makes me think CIA (or is it FBI) Headquarters according to American TV!!

No. It sounds like "Mehmet" which is fine if you are Turkish, but I suspect you are not.

I love it. But I would spell it with one 't' which is the Irish spelling. Am suprised that people feel so strongly about it!

Not bad. Robert Emmett made a famous speech from the dock before he was taken away to be hanged, drawn and quartered in Dublin, 1803ish...

It would definitely identify your digging foot if you were in Ireland.
