My brain seems to be going brain dead as far as names go. I found out I was pg last week but I have no idea how far gone and it took me ages to decide on names the last two times.

Boys

Angelo
Alexander
callum
Leo
Dylan
Matthias
Micheal
Ronan
Tristan
Theodore
Xavier
Ronan

Girls
Alexandra
Adelheid
Aurora
Gwendolen
Gwenevere
Juliet
Marylou
Natalya
Vivien
Winifred
Zara

I dont know after two children I seem so stuck uncertain about a few of these and none are jumping out at me. BTW I and Dp are Welsh if it makes a difference.

Congratulations!

Can I ask what your other two are called?

Anyway, here are my opinions on your list:

Boys

Angelo - I actually love it!
Alexander - good, solid name with a few nn options.
Callum - sorry, I'm not a fan
Leo - Beautiful, but I'd have it short for something - Leonardo?
Dylan - Don't like.
Matthias - Excellent! Good, strong name - I'd call him Matthy when little.
Micheal - Makes me think of someone around 40yo.
Ronan - Keating
Tristan - OK
Theodore - Lovely, but I do know quite a few little Theos.
Xavier - Depends how you're pronouncing it. I like it pronounced 'Zav-ee-air' with nn Zavi but not 'Ex-ay-vee-er'.
Ronan - again, Keating.

Girls
Alexandra - beautiful, classic and lots of nn options.
Adelheid - I love it with nn Heidi but anyone I've mentioned it to really doesn't. They've pointed out that it sounds like Aldehyde.
Aurora - Very pretty.
Gwendolen - Not my taste
Gwenevere - again, not my taste.
Juliet - beautiful! (Although I don't like Julie)
Marylou - Terrible! (sorry)
Natalya - OK
Vivien - OK
Winifred - Cute with either Winnie or Freddie as nn options.
Zara - Good.

My favourites from your list would be:

Matthias Angelo

Or

Alexandra Juliet

Thanks both I could put my DS name but not my DD because it would out me to family and friends who do not know I am pg yet Grin.

The Gwendolen and Gwynevere are Welsh names so people either love or hate Grin. I dont mind people being honest I would prefer that as I have not set my heart on any yet so go ahead be brutal Grin

Adelheid would be hard enough to get away with even if you are german. And avoid Angelo and Xavier for similar reasons.

Aurora is a pretty name but a tongue twister, and sounds dreadful the way many people say it.

You cannot go wrong with Alexander/Alexandra.

Are you pronouncing Dylan the Welsh way or the English way?

I love Matthias and Theodore, but am not overly keen on the girls options, sorry. I vastly prefer Genevieve to Gwenevere - I think it has a similar meaning (could be wrong).

Thanks again for all opinions Smile all are appreciated. AllieW I would say Dylan the Welsh way.
