Nimue - Pronunciation..?

One of the ladies in my church has a new granddaughter in the US, but she was told by email that her name is Nimue and we were trying to work out a pronunciation......

I'd have thought it was 'nim-way' or 'nim-oo-ay', like the Arthurian woman.

I haven't a clue! I guess 'Nim-Way' would be the closest thing to it.

My first thought was Ni-moo!
Does it have an accent on the e, that would make a difference...?

I suspect, as her twin sister is Geneveive that its Nim-oo-ey as in Arthuirian Legend...
