Lovely name as long as it's not pronounced Iz-la.

Lovely name. Quite popular in Scotland but lovely nonetheless.
I like it with the names you have listed as they all have a different ending (and different first initial for that matter!)

Lovely. My cousin has an Isla and an Oliver, think it goes well together.

Think it's very popular now, I know 3 all under 4 yrs old. Think it's getting a bit over used now but it's a nice name so that's why it popular! It is pretty but a lot of people will inevitably mispronounce it and call her Izla!

Sorry but I find it very current. Not as classic as your children's names.

Shock do people seriously say Izla ????
Do they also say Izland for Island?

Agree with Norman, it is very current and imo it will be one of those names that really dates more than others (along with Lola, Evie, etc).
It is nice enough, but I think you need something more classic with your other dc's.
Georgina is something that comes to ming immediately.

Yes people do say Izla. I have a Iolo and I get I OLO rather that the Welsh Iolo (Pronounced yollow)

Oh - I think Constance / Connie fits beautifully with your other dc's names - great choice!

Yes Constance/Connie is a lovely name :) And it goes well with the others as tummytickler says.
