"Fat Boy" type beanbags

I have a lot of beanbag beans from a burst beanbag. (don't ask - but it was messy!)

I'd like to use them to make a "fatboy" type replacement - any suggestions about fabric?
Has anyone ever mae a beanbag - and did you put the beans in a net bag first or straight in the cover?

Hi there.

I'd suggest that you put the beans in a net bag first, this way you'll be able to wash the cover without taking the whole thing apart. I've used thin cotton for the inner before now and that's worked well - actually it was a thin old bed sheet that was lying around collecting dust!

As for the cover you can use almost anything!

Thank you. Trouble is, I've now decided I want to use those very small micro beans and I can't find anywhere to buy them!
