Does anyone know how to get soft stuff play dough out of top????!

Hi have just found big lump of blue soft stuff stuck to daughters white cotton top from playgroup this morning, any ideas on how to remove please. It seems to be groud in!!!!

put top in the freezer ,stuff goes hard and will break off
