How do I mend a crocheted blanket?

I made my daughter a blanket of granny squares, starting with a circle in the middle of each square iyswim? It's the first think I have ever crocheted and she and I are ridiculously pleased with it!

Making her bed this morning I have discovered one of the squares has started to unravel in the middle, it's as if the starting circle that all the spokes come out of has come undone.

Does anyone have any way if mending this? It's making me unreasonably sad!!

Is there any way you could weave it back into pattern using a needle with a large enough eye?
