Quick crafts for boys

I help out at a group for junior aged boys and have been asked to organise a craft session. We split the boys into small groups and they rotate so each session only lasts 10-12 minutes. Any ideas of cool craft stuff that can be done in a short amount of time but that they will enjoy?

Thanks Owl. Yes only 10 mins is a challenge. I did pipe cleaner ninjas with them last time and altho it went well the less "crafty" among them struggled a little and We definitely could have done with more time. Thanks for the ideas. I'll have a proper look when I'm not on phone and report back!

I have a pinterest board with kid's craft stuff on. Even though mine are pretty much past the age of crafts! The links I posted are the crafts that seemed most suitable for both time constraints and junior aged boys.

Paper aeroplanes every time. They could make a couple in 10 mins, or colour 1 in. Good instant results if folded like this

Tin can robots look great but I don't think we'd have enough time. Love the rock monsters but knowing the boys the paint would go everywhere.

The straw rockets would definitely work. Quick and easy but I think they'll love them.

Was looking online today and found marshmallow sculptures which look great but with potentially 40 boys to entertain that could mean a huge amount of marshmallows!

Or maybe something with salt dough??? I can't decide.
