Hey im wanting to do some craft bits but wanting some beginner ideas im getting a sewing machine soon to so any ideas please

Could you do hand sewing until you get your machine?

I've never been particularly crafty before but a course at DS's school got me interested in having a go and now I make things from felt, I've been making my own templates for things.

I recently discovered Pinterest, which is full of ideas for felt crafts (and everything else.

My favourite so far from Pinterest has been a pig shaped money wallet, like a piggy bank but made from felt, easy to sew by hand or machine.

When you get your machine, you could try one of those cushion covers that is like an envelope rather than needing a zip
