What is this stuff called?

I am making bath bombs and want that clear, crinkly plastic stuff to wrap them in. The kind of thing used by florists, I think. I would especially like it to have a kind of oily sheen - if you know what I mean you will know what I mean! I thought it would be called cellophane but can't seem to find any reference to it, not on Ebay anyway.
Please does anyone know what it is called?

I was looking for carbon paper for ever online but I couldn't remember its name! I searched ink paper, copy paper can't remember the rest but it drove me mad then I told my sister what I was looking for she knew the name straight away Angry

I think we all have moments where we forget what things are called then be all Blush when we find out/remember
