FIL has requested a knitted slipover top, to be worn for bowls, in white. Also to be a mixed wool/acrylic blend. I've found a pattern which uses DK yarn but I've only really used acrylic before (Stylecraft Special).
Any suggestions for a good mixed yarn to use which is available in white? I need 400gms and would prefer it to not be too expensive. I was thinking of Stylecraft Life DK but read some reviews that it doesn't wash well, does anyone have experience of this or any other suggestions?
