Hi, I'm after some advice please.
I need a really good scrapbook, with lots of pages, to hold a three week Florida holiday diary with about 500 photos!
Something that's going to last, so I can read back about my holiday and wish I was back there ;)
Thanks in advance

You can buy large 12x12 albums, and also photo protectors that hold 6 (i think) 6x4 photos. If you need that many photos though, you might be better off with a normal photo album as it would get very heavy if you scrapbooked all those photos.

Try looking at Paperchase's 'traditional photo album' - cloth bound albums in various formats and sizes, with acid-free pages and interleaving tissue pages. I bought one for someone but I doubt she's used it yet so I can't comment on practical quality, but it did look very nice and solid in the shop when I bought it! They also do a version with self-adhesive pages.

Have you printed the photos yet? 500 is a lot! Have you seen Snapfish's collage prints? You can include several images on one print and they come in 3 sizes: 6x4, 7x5, and 10x8. They're a great way of combining several images on one sheet and not taking as much room as individual prints.

IKEA do large scrap books - we have some for DS's memory box things.

But if you haven't printed the pictures yet, how about doing a photo book?

I have done them for holiday pictures before as well as baby memory books for Ds. You can add in text and they can be vv big up to 100 pages.

Albelli is mentioned on here a lot as having some good intro offers but if you register with groupon or wowcher they also have a lot of offers for different companies coming through fairly regularly
