According to theior website.

Only local craft supplier for me, but more importantly poor Anna and James- hope they're OK.

Don't see why, to me gone under means closed down- nothing offensive here.

besides I was worried about them. If they saw this then I'd be pleased they knew I was concerned about them.

To me, "gone under" implies it's shut for financial reasons

I am not going to apologise for being concerned, the thread makes it clear but if anyone else wants it removed feel free. All I saw was the message on their website.

I clicked onto this as a qualified Credit Manger, to see what sort of financial do do they were in.

Crafts interest me not at all, the various mechanisms of insolvency really do. I know, I know, I need to get out more. Grin

Seriously Peachy I would have this pulled.

It's specifically the phrase "gone under" that's wrong.

I would delete this thread and repost under a title like "Canny Crafts has closed for personal reasons" or something.

I will amend the title

I want them to know I am concerned for them

And sad that they have departed

to me the term 'gone under' means gone bust or similar. Canny Crafts were very keen on wording of stuff before and I'm sure they'd be upset if people thought they'd gone bust- that's all I meant

yeah I know- tired, and a bit emotionally drained (see thread about autism research chap)

Did e-mail MN a while back, just waiting for them to change it now
