I'm working on a Debbie Bliss entrelac blanket in moss stitch. I am always working 22 stitches at a time but am now confused! At the mo I am working on the rectangles which are at an angle.

So...
In row 1: With yarn at the back of the work I have to s1 purlwise then k1 p1 etc

In row 2: moss then skpo at the end of the row.

But when I do this I lose a stitch in the second row so am then not on 22 stitches.

Any help? Should my s1 purlwise make an extra stitch??

S1 purl wise won't lose you a stitch.
If I'm following what you said correctly, then you are losing a stitch on the second row, by the skpo at the end, without having made an extra stitch on the first row to compensate for it.
