anyone know the best wording for a wedding acceptance card? Got to make one for a colleague and can't remember the wording!

I need something for a card I am making... so need to have something which can have blank spaces for the names of the people accepting and then the date of the wedding etc. Am I making sense?

I have one of those modern manners books here and it is very similar to the wording CD posted a link to.

I think you are supposed to reflect the wording of the invitation in a formal reply....we got a couple which were

Mr and Mrs XYZ thank Mr and Mrs ABC for their invitation to the marriage of A and B on January 1st, 2007, at ..... They will be very pleased to attend.

So I think it should be third person, and include all the details from the invitation.

Good mates of ours replied (to my mum and dad mark you) with a postcard saying "Count us in! We never turn down free food or booze!" really made us laugh
