Really basic question from scrapbooking complete virgin

As mumsnet has a lot of scrapbookers, I'msure someone can help.

What sort of guilotine would people advise? I'll be using it for cutting photos. I've seen loads onebay but have no idea on size, price etc.

If its just for photos IMO a little one that I got for 2.99 in the paper mill more than does the job.

I only wish I had a better one when trying to cut bigger pictures and paper/card
