looks a bit like origami with posh paper. is it? have just bought a kit off eby cos i was curious, am now wondering if i should buy more sheets of paper from same seller to save on postage. have never even heard of it before, do you think the seller just made it up?

There is a website that you can print out teabag folding templates from. I haven't tried it yet as I don't have any colour ink in my printer. But I will give it a go when I get round to buying some ink, only been waiting for 1 year to get the ink!

I'm sure you will use the paper so you should take advantage of the postage discount if the paper is a god price.

thanks kid its only a pound for 4 sheets here , there are different sized ones aswell in the shop. i thought i might just use them as interesting bits of paper if i dont get on with the folding thing. just seemed a really bizarre name!

When it says tea bag, it means the bags tea came in which used to have pretty patterns printed on the inside. Think it's dutch??

oh, that makes sense. i started AS level history of art and my teacher was very easily sidetracked if you started talking about tea, he used to talk for ages about what tea used to come wrapped up in. was much better than the lesson we should have been having

Hi I am new here but started tea bag folding after Christmas as I got some papers from my sister. I think it is great and you get some really interesting effects. I am now in search of some more modern papers a the ones I have are very flowery and a bit limiting!!!

Would be great to share some of our work - sepecially as we are both such novices!

I sold off loads of teas bag papers before xmas. I had a few, but my mum gave me loads and they weren't really my cup of tea...(sorry, groan)

I know most of mine were from Craft Creations. They start at 27p per sheet, but get cheaper the more you buy. Have a look here
