a Pizza box filled with loads of assorted scrapping items. RRP of all items is £20 or £40....going half price
here

I have bought them before and they are really good value.
Might be good for new scrappers to use as they ahve lots of different bits in them.

I already have loads to play with though!! So many different craft activities, so little time....! I spend all my time sorting out my craft bits and have no time to axctually play with them. Or I sit there, mind blank.

Went to The Craft Barn in Lingfiend (SUrrey) with Essbee before Christmas and spent loads on lovely stuff and then didn't get round to making all those Christmas cards I'd planned.

Make a resolution then Soupy....you will craft at least once a week and then upload images to the gallery so we can see your lovely creations.

Hehehe. I'll have to assimilate all the stuff from my pizza box before I can start. Then I'll have to pick up all the beads that I know are on the floor from before Christmas when I knocked a box off my desk. Then I'll have to fondle all the handmade paper my parents bought me back from Thailand several years ago and which I keep hidden in a portfolio. Then, obviously, I'll have to .... the list is endless

Actually, I do have to make a few Man Cards to add to the box of cards I gave my gran for Christmas.

i really struggle with man cards for ideas where do you get yours from?

Report
DoesntChristmasDragOn · 29/12/2005 11:44

I've never made one, hence the reason they were missing from the box I gave my gran!!

Actually, that's not true. I made DH an anniversary one with some sparkly heart boxer shorts and "sexy love pants" written on it. Not overly appropriate for General Male Use though. Especially not for a 98 yo grandmother to send

I only ask becuase me and DH have been together for 6 years on Feb 19th and i want to make him a nice card so if anyone has any suggestions i would really appreciate it.

I usually cheat you see and buy card kits but i dont want to do that any more as they are quite expensive and i have enough stuff to make my own now.

Think of something that's special to him/you both and go from there. "pants" is DHs favourite word, hence my card

jenk1 · 29/12/2005 12:04

DH,s favourite word is unprintable unfortunately

I made a really simple design for Christmas that could easily be adapted for Valentines, anniversary...etc.

Just sizzix hearts in layers on twine!

jenk1 · 29/12/2005 12:51

do you have a picture of it Dingle?

Here are my sizzix hearts in the Xmas album. Take a look at my snowy pics in "my darlings" album too if you are interested.
