Hi all
I am o negative and am a bit confused and concerned by my 28 week blood test results.
I had a cvs earlier in my pregnancy and I received an anti-D shot afterwards.
Last week I had 28 week bloods taken and another shot of anti-D.
Today my results have arrived and it says 'antibody screen: positive'
Does this mean that despite having the anti-D my body has still produced antibodies against the baby? If so, does this mean the baby is at risk of complications?
The letter didn't say anything else other than to list the results so I'm a bit worried in case this is bad!
If anyone knows id be very grateful to hear from you
Thanks
