Hello :) I am setting up a Pembrokeshire PANDAs support group and need some help! PANDAs is an organisation that offers help for those affected by pre and post natal illness, including but not limited to PND,PTSD,OCD, and anxiety. The pembs branch will be a peer support group where people can come and share their experiences in a safe environment if they wish, or just sit, eat cake and drink tea! I am trying to find out how many people would be interested in helping/joining as I need an idea of numbers before we can get up and running!
