Are you getting out enough? It's really hard on everyone this time of year but we all need as much daylight as possible. Wrap up well and get walking with your baby in a pram. It'll do you both the world of good.
That's great :-) then you just need to listen to your body and his yourself some TLC now and again. I know that lack of sleep and lack of food are my enemies! Maybe this is a little, very normal blip, but do speak to HV or GP if you are worried.
Thanks for your reply! I really do think that I've just goggled a bit too much and am now worrying that I've got symptoms that I haven't! My mood is generally good I enjoy things and look forward to things just as much as I always did!
I did get periodically tearful but never got any help / advice, which I do regret - can you speak with your health visitor? I found when I planned things to do and just got out of the house, my mood lifted.

I've been quite tearful lately over nothing really! Although it has tied in with me being quite stressed and worried about my lo feeding! I've been looking at signs and symptoms of PND and apart from being tearful and a bit cranky the others don't seem to apply!
Only thing now is that I have convinced myself that it's not normal to feel tearful and that I must have it! I have also been questioning whether I've bonded with my little boy! I love him to bits but have never felt that gushy love feeling!
