Hi, I'm starting up a physio-led exercise and education group in Lichfield for ladies like me....pregnant and wanting to make the most of our bodies during pregnancy through a thorough understanding of the changes our bodies go through and how to exercise well to look after them in the process!

If anyone nearby is interested in coming along let me know!
