Now stop posting bloody threads competing to be the busiest and chill the fuck out.

Procrastinate.

Have a nice sensible debate about who would win in a fight a Wank Badger or a Cunt Weasel.

But please stop posting threads about how much time your dcs take up and how much shit you have that needs doing. There are no prizes.

I'm so busy I'm on MN. grin

SayMama Sat 26-Jan-13 12:47:41

I would, but I'm terribly busy with the children < hides the remote >

P.S. Cunt Weasel obvs smile

smile My money's on the cunt weasel.

NoelHeadbands Sat 26-Jan-13 12:48:08

I haven't got time to answer this. We're running late for euphonium practice

HoneyDragon Sat 26-Jan-13 12:48:37

grin

Wolfiefan Sat 26-Jan-13 12:50:50

I'm not a busy mum. I'm a lazy one!
I see your cunt weasel and raise you a cunting badger.
grin

Thumbwitch Sat 26-Jan-13 12:51:41

Cuntweasel, for sure.

Whaddya mean, busy? I'm never always busy. Busy busy busy. Busy is my middle name.

<<pats baby back to sleep on sofa while continuing to MN>>

Oh yeah, cuntweasel.

<was too busy to have read the OP properly the first time around>

Busy?

I'm currently lounging on the couch with my phone eating chocolate cake.

You cannot comprehend how hectic m th schedule is. I'm going to have to make myself a cuppa in s minute... The utter drudgery of my existence knows no bounds sad

Wank badger for the win btw.

Snowingagain Sat 26-Jan-13 12:54:28

Not only are there no prizes you have a good chance of making yourself ill ... Just read this article this morning:

Our culture’s relationship to time is very unbalanced. And this is taking a toll on many. A starting point here is to realize that you have all the time there is. Literally. And all the time that anyone else has—24 hours in a day.
You can change your relationship to time by changing the way you pay attention. Stop for a moment and put your attention in your feet. Now put it in your heart. Breathe deeply and really feel your lungs. Take regular moments during the day to simply put your attention on something. Notice a beautiful flower. Or a tree. Or the sky. Slow down and pay attention. Eventually this little practice will improve your relationship to time. Delegate. And say the following affirmation:
I have all the time in the world to do what really matters. I am the source of time. And I can change my relationship to time and rebalance my body.

Oh and cunt weasel obviously....

I think (apart from Summer Rain) you're all underestimating the Wank Badger. Nasty little fuckers they are.

Pascha Sat 26-Jan-13 12:55:53

I am busy

<eats second custard doughnut>

<pushes baby swing with foot absent-mindedly>

Cailinsalach Sat 26-Jan-13 12:56:05

Wank Badger. Obvs
(See,I am so very busy I have to use abbreviations)

FarelyKnuts Sat 26-Jan-13 12:56:11

Im too busy to even answer your question!

Pascha Sat 26-Jan-13 12:56:41

and cuntweasel gets my vote

Hassled Sat 26-Jan-13 12:57:49

I'm so busy that when I go to bed at night it's already later than the time I need to get up.

DublinMammy Sat 26-Jan-13 12:57:53

Cunt Weasel no question. Wank Badger is going DOWN......

Softlysoftly Sat 26-Jan-13 12:59:06

I'm so busy I'm having to multitask and mn from the toilet.

I am so busy though. I haven't stopped MNetting since I woke! grin

Wank badger would win

Cortana Sat 26-Jan-13 13:01:59

Chuh! Busy!?

I am in joggers on the couch with MN. DS and DP are on the Xbox seeing the Ring safely to Mordor. I could be tidying, sure, but then I'd miss fight over who gets to be Legolas. My money is on DS, he's a sneaky bugger.

Wank-Badger over the Cunt-Weasel. Everytime.

MrsGeologist Sat 26-Jan-13 13:02:16

Is a wank badger in any way related to a Honey Badger, because those things are vicious.

If so, my money is on the wank badger.

giraffesCantEatNHSPotatoes Sat 26-Jan-13 13:05:24

I am being lazy as fuck today

HazeltheMcWitch Sat 26-Jan-13 13:06:35

WankBadger would win. Cos he's not a stripey badger, he's a honey badger, and those things are mean.

He's meet his match in the Arse-vark though.

MrsCR Sat 26-Jan-13 13:07:00

still in my pjs, encouraging the dcs to have a lunchtime nap even tho they are 3 and 4 so I can get on with my jobs watch real housewives of Beverly Hills

wank badger everytime

Thumbwitch Sat 26-Jan-13 13:07:14

Giraffes, you bloody need to be! wink

GlitteryShitandDanglyBaubles Sat 26-Jan-13 13:07:21

Yes, have you seen the claws on a wank badger?

I'm so busy I've been switching between mnet and fb since I got up at 11.30.

skaen Sat 26-Jan-13 13:07:37

wank badger. Badgers are vicious. Weasels are just mean.

HazeltheMcWitch Sat 26-Jan-13 13:07:59

(distracted cross post with MrsGeologist there...
It's cos I'm sooo busy you see, I started posting, then had to break up fight tend to dcs)

TrinityRhino Sat 26-Jan-13 13:08:03

I'm definitely not a busy mum

I'm a lazy procrastinating mum whos on mn whilst we all watch telly

the kids have also only eaten sandwiches and crisps today

I have pizza cooking in the oven for me and I'm going to have it with sweet chilli mayo <gavel>

but dps mum died on tuesday so I'm putting my all and everything into doing as much as I can of the things that need to be done to do with that, supporting dp and keeping the house going

oh and although I would like the wank badger to win, I'm afraid the cunt weasel is bound to win

Tee2072 Sat 26-Jan-13 13:08:04

Busy? You don't know from busy!

Wank badger.

HoneyDragon Sat 26-Jan-13 13:08:31

Thank you Snowing, see my point being backed up with actual EVIDENCE.

<<flicks v's at all the people arguing about how little me time they have on other threads>>

meadow2 Sat 26-Jan-13 13:09:05

I am a lazy one and spend my time cutting corners. Will anyone die if it doesnt get done today?

Thumbwitch Sat 26-Jan-13 13:10:48

Oh Trin, sorry to hear about DP's mum. Was it expected or not? sad

Still cunt weasel though. Although I might take a punt on the arse-vark...

TrinityRhino Sat 26-Jan-13 13:11:08

here here snowing

TrinityRhino Sat 26-Jan-13 13:12:26

not at all expected
saw her the day before
she drove over to us on the sunday
dead by the tuesday

I say not expected but she had an aortic aneurysm that was inoperable but she had had it for 30 odd years

we just thought she would outlive us all

Badvoc Sat 26-Jan-13 13:13:50

I would.
But I'm so busy, you see?
smile

Badvoc Sat 26-Jan-13 13:14:16

So sorry trinity sad

Thumbwitch Sat 26-Jan-13 13:16:20

Well, I'm glad you saw her very recently, and if her aneurysm finally "went" then it would have been very quick for her, not that it's any real comfort but still. I'm not too busy to give you a sneaky (((hug))).

HoneyDragon Sat 26-Jan-13 13:16:32

Oh Trinity sad - bugger the housework dp needs you.

[and so do the wank badgers]

'Yes, have you seen the claws on a wank badger?'

How does it live up to it's name with those claws? Lacerated wank badger minge.

meadow2 Sat 26-Jan-13 13:18:32

Sorry trinity my remark seems ill times now I was just saying something my old boss used to say, and hadnt read your comment.

Tee2072 Sat 26-Jan-13 13:18:45

I'm so sorry Trinity. What a terrible thing to have happen.

Back2Two Sat 26-Jan-13 13:21:29

Sorry to hear your sad news trinity

Not busy mum here either. I would bake a cake today in my lovely new kitchen mixer that arrived yesterday.

But I am still in bed (a bit ill to be fair)

After much thought and consideration .....I'm feeling lucky. The Weasel wins! Badgers get too much press on the Archers. Give the weasels their recognition.

TrinityRhino Sat 26-Jan-13 13:23:15

don't even give it a second thought meadow

it gave me a giggle smile

TrinityRhino Sat 26-Jan-13 13:24:38

she was 84 and completely independent and living life right up to the end

but obviously dp is devastated

Lyrasilvertongued Sat 26-Jan-13 13:28:05

So busy I'm still in bed having a bacon roll and cup of tea that DH made me, watching my dd intently watch her hands and contemplating doing something energetic like watching a film on the laptop. Sigh. I'm exhausted already.

HoneyDragon Sat 26-Jan-13 13:30:32

Tough day Lyra.

bigkidsdidit Sat 26-Jan-13 13:36:01

I've been in bed all morning smile

I might go downstairs soon and get some more cake

Lovelygoldboots Sat 26-Jan-13 14:22:52

I've got toothache. Cuntweasel for sure. I would use a wankbadger as dental floss.

Lariflete Sat 26-Jan-13 16:18:56

I am very busy supervising DH giving DD a nap grin and Wank Badger FTW

HoneyDragon Sat 26-Jan-13 18:59:24

Wow. It's turning out 50/50 on the Wank Badger vs Cunt Weasel thing.

And buns are still been thrown by all the really terribly busy people who have no time for in <<somber>>

Message withdrawn at poster's request.

BrianCoxandTheTempleofDOOM Sat 26-Jan-13 19:30:57

Am not lazy, but am not busy either.

I have time to do stuff or not do stuff, I can also decide not to do stuff that ain't important.

At the moment, I am unable to do much housework (no - really!) It is torture but I have realised that I can either spend 2 hours a day cleaning for it to get messy again OR half an hour tidying up and then an hour once a week doing as much as my back will allow, and the house is pretty much in the same shape as when I do 2 hours faffing around the house.

I have come to the following conclusion:

I must be really shit at housework.

<gets distracted by Jake bloke, half naked, on Splash>

mmmmmmmmm

ChaoticintheNewYear Sat 26-Jan-13 19:37:26

I am the queen of procrastination. There are a million and two things that need to be done and will get done...eventually wink

Of course it helps that the DC are 18 and 20 and so can sort themselves out grin

Btw wankbadger.

MrsKwazii Sat 26-Jan-13 19:39:26

I've hit a Bastard Badger with the car before - the little fucker made a dive out of undergrowth on a blind bend. He sloped off, I had a £300 garage bill. Now, by my reckoning a Wank Badger will be at least as double-hard as a Bastard Badger, my money's on the Badger. That Cunt Weasel is history.

<lies down exhausted after fighting autocorrect every bloody step of the way for this post>

FriggFRIGGisPoorlySick Sat 26-Jan-13 19:39:48

Well I'VE been at work all day being all important at selling toys to children....it's a terribly difficult task...

HoneyDragon Sat 26-Jan-13 19:43:19

Eventually you will overcome the autocorrect, mine automatically buts badger after wankb. You just need to persevere.

ChaoticintheNewYear Sat 26-Jan-13 19:45:18

You have taught your autocorrect how to spell? grin

MrsKwazii Sat 26-Jan-13 19:46:17

Yes, I will beat it into submission. Much like the Wank Badger will pummel the Cunt Weasel. <Resumes lying down>

HandbagCrab Sat 26-Jan-13 19:49:34

Tenner on the wankbadger for me.

I'm far too important and busy to pick up the winnings though so I'll send my subordinate handshandyotters round for those [bsmile]

HoneyDragon Sat 26-Jan-13 19:49:37

Eventually all things become Mnet. It's practically Zen, but with more Gin.

CheeryCherry Sat 26-Jan-13 19:50:32

Wank Badger, Wank Badger, Rah Rah Rah! (too busy to elaborate)

HandbagCrab Sat 26-Jan-13 19:51:02

My krankie smiley didn't work [bsad] <- should be a krankie sad face.

HandbagCrab Sat 26-Jan-13 19:53:01

Pft. I'm obviously too busy to emote online. <sacks handshandyotters, recruits madamePalmAndHerFiveLovelyOtters instead>

crashdoll Sat 26-Jan-13 19:53:07

I'm not busy and I'm not a parent. Also, wank badger is clearly superior!

HoneyDragon Sat 26-Jan-13 19:59:43

Non parents are also welcome on my happy thread of sanity for the non terribly busy suffering parent types.
