If you could click your fingers and lose weight instantly, how much would you choose to drop?

I weighed myself this morning and am 11lbs over my usual weight. The extra weight is leftover from having dc4. I have have not made any real effort to get to this point (a fair bit has been lost so far- not sure how much as have not been weighing myself) but I wish i could click my fingers and vanish this last bit. The extra pounds are sitting on my tummy, arse, thighs and hips. I would like the squishy bits to be banished!

If you could drop weight instantly, how much would you shift and where on your body would it come from?

NickNacks Thu 06-Dec-12 16:47:38

4 stone sad

NatashaBee Thu 06-Dec-12 16:47:40

2 stone, but just from my arse/thighs, so my boobs still stayed a D cup.

MissCellania Thu 06-Dec-12 16:47:56

1.5 stone.

But why is this in aibu?

NickNacks Thu 06-Dec-12 16:48:09

Oh and my arse legs and tummy

4 stone

ZeldaUpNorth Thu 06-Dec-12 16:52:01

i am 10.5 stone and would be happy to be 9.5 stone but 9 would be better wink

propertyNIGHTmareBEFOREXMAS Thu 06-Dec-12 16:52:24

Ah yes, IABU, I meant to post in chat!

I would click my fingers and make weight become a non-issue. I would make it so that weight didn't affect people's health, well-being or self-esteem. I would make eating disorders and the sadness that they bring disappear and make everyone feel happy, sexy, empowered and loved. <Twirls around with magical, feminist wand>. <Wonders if twirling with a magic wand is feminist>. <Stops twirling>.

I would like to live in MrsTerryPratchett's world please grin
When you figure out how to do this, please let me know!!

propertyNIGHTmareBEFOREXMAS Thu 06-Dec-12 16:54:56

I am willing to predict the majority of unwanted fat will be on lower body.
Am I being unreasonable to wish fat was better distributed? I would welcome 11lbs on my tits.

OutragedAtThePriceOfFreddos Thu 06-Dec-12 16:55:51

Half a stone, but ideally I wouldn't lose it, it would just move up to my boobs instead of lingering around my belly and my arse.

8 stone blush

Though Im not sure I would look right. Thats what I need to lose to get to the weight I should be.

I would be happy with 4.

Off my belly and hips. But I dont want to lose my boobs.

OutragedAtThePriceOfFreddos Thu 06-Dec-12 16:56:17

Ha! X posted.

TheReturnOfBridezilla Thu 06-Dec-12 16:56:38

Half a stone and I would be perfectly happy.

lubeybooby Thu 06-Dec-12 16:57:01

Hmm, not sure on exact amount of weight but I'm currently size 18 and would prefer 14/16.

OTTMummA Thu 06-Dec-12 16:57:22

I'd be happy and healthier with 50lbs gone, I would be just right with 110lbs gone :S

FolkElf Thu 06-Dec-12 16:57:45

2 stone. Then I would be back at the weight I was when I had DS 14 years ago (8 st 3).

I've already lost 1.5 stone. I'd become a right porker!

januaryjojo Thu 06-Dec-12 16:57:45

Erm, 6-7 stone, though not sure If thats too much confused

At least 5 stone though.

Yes to fat distribution.

I'm happy with my weight but I wouldn't mind 2 inches off my backside being transferred to my boobs.

Alibabaandthe40nappies Thu 06-Dec-12 16:58:17

2.5 stone. And if the c-section overhang could miraculously disappear at the same time, that would be great!

Start twirling Dozy.

GrimmaTheNome Thu 06-Dec-12 16:58:59

I'd lose about 20lb of fat - tum, thighs, legs but also some from the upper arm which with another click I'd transform into muscle.grin

TinyDancingHoofer Thu 06-Dec-12 16:59:05

MAybe a stone, haven't weighed myself in a while but would like to be somewhere between 7 and 7.5 stone. Or stay the same weight but be super toned.

SinisterBuggyMonth Thu 06-Dec-12 16:59:06

2 stone

1 from each leg would be great

(click.....click.....CLICK!!!!!!)

besmirchedandbewildered Thu 06-Dec-12 16:59:46

2 stone, mostly off bum, thighs and belly but I'd quite like the boobs down to a C cup and the same frickin' size please.

whois Thu 06-Dec-12 17:00:22

Few lbs, from my tummy, bum and podgey bit where 'muffin tops' are. I don't have muffin tops yet but you can poke there into fat and never used to be able to!

TinyDancingHoofer Thu 06-Dec-12 17:00:23

Or actually maybe just join MrsTPs world, might be a happier place.

3monkeys3 Thu 06-Dec-12 17:01:24

7lbs, just a bit slimmer but still able to eat without having to think too much about it! Any more than that and I'd struggle to maintain it with my appetite! Am already a healthy bmi, that would just shave a bit off my wobbly areas (arms, boobs, tummy for me).

BoulevardOfBrokenSleep Thu 06-Dec-12 17:02:09

Assuming this magic click of which you speak grin would only work once... I wouldn't want to be a size 8, say, because I'd never be able to maintain that weight (also I wouldn't recognise myself in the mirror!).

I could keep at a size 14 for a fair while, that would be about a 1.5 - 2 stone loss I reckon. And if I was going to be a 14 all over, I'd have to lose mainly off my bum; my bottom half is one or two sizes bigger than my top.

Yermina Thu 06-Dec-12 17:03:33

Half a stone would do. Preferably off the top of my legs.

I've actually lost 25lbs since September with very little pain. Just stopped eating most carbs and off it came. Can't shift the last half stone though for some reason. Not worried too much about it though now I'm a healthy BMI.

NettoHoHoHoSuperstar Thu 06-Dec-12 17:03:36

No weight, but I would shrink my steroid swollen head and tummy.

10kg

SrirachaGirl Thu 06-Dec-12 17:05:16

2.5 lbs from each thigh to be redistributed to my boobs.

propertyNIGHTmareBEFOREXMAS Thu 06-Dec-12 17:06:13

Agreed to the 'clicking' only to get to a sensible weight. I would not go super skinny because as pointed out it would be a bitch to maintain. My 11bs dropped would see me in a size 8 top and size 10 bottoms.

5.5 stone.

That's nearly a whole person.

Shit.

propertyNIGHTmareBEFOREXMAS Thu 06-Dec-12 17:09:07

I've heard it said that a low fat diet will assist in losing weight from tummy/hips/thighs (Rosemary Connely cook book). I prefer a calorie controlled weight loss approach though so I can still have my chocolate wobbly thighs

laptopdancer Thu 06-Dec-12 17:10:11

2 stone

comfyclothes Thu 06-Dec-12 17:10:41

i would love to lose about 2.5 stone. I have been trying but so far its coming off very slowly.

NothingIsAsBadAsItSeems Thu 06-Dec-12 17:12:26

Between 2 and 3 stone grin

Latara Thu 06-Dec-12 17:12:47

3 stone, then i'd be BMI 25. But still in proportion (i'm an hourglass shape) i hope.

VictorAndBarry Thu 06-Dec-12 17:12:54

2 stone

BradfordMum Thu 06-Dec-12 17:14:09

I've already lost 90 lbs and unfortunately it wasn't instant
I'd like to lose another 2 st.

CMOTDibbler Thu 06-Dec-12 17:16:14

5 kg off, and then move remaining fat from my tum to my boobs. I'm hoping to have that weight off by early in the new year (lost 11kg so far), but alas will still have small norks

McPie Thu 06-Dec-12 17:19:21

43lb to get me into the healthy BMI range, have already lost 30 in the last 4 months, going on a 1lb a week loss it should take me until October next year to get there so I could really do with these clicks you speak of.

propertyNIGHTmareBEFOREXMAS Thu 06-Dec-12 17:20:32

Some seriously motivational weight loss on this thread. Well done!

cornflowers Thu 06-Dec-12 17:28:22

How about, if you could choose to stay your current size forever, but br able to eat as much as you like from now on without ever gaining more weight, would you do so?

LaQueen Thu 06-Dec-12 17:31:33

10lbs, that's all.

I'm 11st 7lbs at the moment, and although I'm quite tall at 5ft 7", I know I look bulky around my middle.

But, I know if I drop to 10st 10lbs, I look much trimmer around my middle, and my clothes hang much better.

If I drop below 10st 7lbs, then my face starts to look drawn.

2.5 stone.

MadBusLady Thu 06-Dec-12 17:33:24

About half a stone. Similar experience to Yermina, I lost a stone and a half really quickly, but I can't shift the last few pounds. Am a bit worried that if I ever manage it I'll lose the norks though. I was flat-chested when I was really skinny.

FromEsme Thu 06-Dec-12 17:34:33

None, but I would really like to put on muscle. I hate feeling feeble.

Latara Thu 06-Dec-12 17:38:22

Actually i need to lose 3st 6lb (just weighed myself). Horrendous sad

propertyNIGHTmareBEFOREXMAS Thu 06-Dec-12 17:38:51

Cornflowers- hmmm.good question. I would not want to stay this size forever even if I could eat what I wanted. I want that 11lbs gone. The squishy tum would piss me off too much. Vanity is quite maddening!

Latara Thu 06-Dec-12 17:39:12

Then i will be 10 stone. I used to think i was fat at 10 stone. As if... how stupid was that.

SantaJaxx Thu 06-Dec-12 17:40:20

5 stone blush

Bella88 Thu 06-Dec-12 17:42:43

10lbs off my hips and belly and redistribute it to my face and bony upper bod.

Now where did I put my magic wand...

MerryKissMyArse Thu 06-Dec-12 17:43:55

2 and a half stone.

BuntysFestiveCollocks Thu 06-Dec-12 17:44:34

2 stone 3 lbs off pre-pregnancy weight - would be back at my lightest, maintainable weight.

propertyNIGHTmareBEFOREXMAS Thu 06-Dec-12 17:45:00

LaQueen - the getting the face right thing is no easy feat. Gaunt cheeks vs a slightly double chin.

amothersplaceisinthewrong Thu 06-Dec-12 17:46:17

3 pounds. Then I will have acheived my goal weight of 9 and a half stone, down from 12 stone 1 in May when I started. Can I do this by Xmas?

3 stone - mainly including the floppy skin from having dd tightening up...

Click Click Thanks Please!

I'd be happy to lose a stone, even half a stone would do. I don't look overweight with my clothes on and still have a healthy BMI, but my tummy is a problem area despite only being size 8-10 (but then I am under 5ft!) so have to be careful what I wear.

abcdangel Thu 06-Dec-12 17:50:13

3 stone would be lovely. The annoying thing is I already lost those 3 stone about 4 years ago and I put it all back on - I feel such a failure!

PessaryPam Thu 06-Dec-12 17:50:24

1 stone here. Used to be over 18, now am 10 and half.

abcdangel Thu 06-Dec-12 17:51:57

Wow Pam (can't bring myself to call you pessary) - how have you done that?

ISeeThreadPeople Thu 06-Dec-12 17:52:52

I need to GAIN a few pounds. Was fine a fortnight ago but had horrendous norovirus and lost 8 or 9lbs in a week and am now underweight. I look old and haggard.

If we're doing clicky fingers though, can I click my fingers and wish that my Dad could appreciate what he's achieved this year? He's gone from 18st to 11st since last Christmas (sheer hard work) but has swung the other way, is obsessed with food, barely eating and his nurse has referred him to an eating disorders clinic. sad

MadMumToThree Thu 06-Dec-12 17:57:31

About 5 stone off my steroid belly! Bad enough being ill without the meds taking the piss too.

MorrisZapp Thu 06-Dec-12 17:58:44

One stone would be smashing, two would be bloody fantastic.

Can it be done, with no effort?

Sigh.

sparkle12mar08 Thu 06-Dec-12 17:59:09

17lbs would see me at my perfect weight. I've lost over two stone in the past twelve months and been within 7lbs of that ultimate goal, but have gained little rebound weight in the past two months. So I need to refocus and get back into my slow but steady groove!

HairyGrotter Thu 06-Dec-12 17:59:22

I've already lost 50lbs in the last 2 years but would like to lose another 28lbs by June

FestiveDigestive Thu 06-Dec-12 18:06:15

At my pre-pregnancy weight I would have liked to lose 10lb, mostly from my stomach & side flanks. That would take me to the size I was before I got married, then I ate a lot of cheese/Parma ham during my honeymoon grin, put on quite a few pounds and have never been able to lose it.

KenLeeeeeee Thu 06-Dec-12 18:07:42

<insert right-on feminist statement about socialisation of women and body image here>

Three stone. No, FOUR stone, then I could spend Christmas eating pies to put some weight back on. grin

toboldlygo Thu 06-Dec-12 18:20:07

None. If I were unhappy about my size I'd have done something about it.

fivefoottwowitheyesofblue Thu 06-Dec-12 18:22:59

None. Quite happy with what the scales say but my goodness I would love a magic button to click so it all tones up.

Dawndonna Thu 06-Dec-12 18:23:27

5 stone.

Dawndonna Thu 06-Dec-12 18:24:19

Oh, and toboldygo some of us aren't in positions to be able to do something about it. Those who have to take steriods for example.

TruthSweet Thu 06-Dec-12 18:26:54

I've lost nearly 50lbs/3.5st since January even though I had DD4 in Sept. I could do with losing another 2st but preferably 3st so hopefully by this time next year I will do it.

SwedishEdith Thu 06-Dec-12 18:27:33

I wouldn't change weight, I'd just make myself 2 inches taller

BinksToEnlightenment Thu 06-Dec-12 18:28:19

I'd lose more than I needed in order to put a load back on. Yummy fattening up!

Two stone. From upper arms, calves, thighs and stomach.

However research has shown that when I lose it, it goes from my boobs. sad

BinksToEnlightenment Thu 06-Dec-12 18:28:58

So that would be two stone to put one back on.

littlewhitebag Thu 06-Dec-12 18:29:00

I have lost 2 stones since May and am almost at BMI of 25 but i would like to lose another 14lb if i could. I will just have to keep on going with the diet.

Viviennemary Thu 06-Dec-12 18:34:14

Well ideally I'd like to lose just under 3 stone but I'd settle for 2. I did lose a stone last year but have put it all back on. I was another 8st 4 lbs person in another lifetime.

AngelOne Thu 06-Dec-12 18:37:02

a stone

EverlongLovesHerChristmasRobin Thu 06-Dec-12 18:37:32

4/5 lb. Not much but I'm a short arse so any extra weight shows.

Just had fish, chips and peas too blush

Floggingmolly Thu 06-Dec-12 18:38:38

3 stone. I'm about 2 stone overweight, but I'd love to be under weight for once to allow some room for manoeuvre.

LadyIsabellaWrotham Thu 06-Dec-12 18:40:11

2 inches from my waist and two from my arse/thighs - the skirt of my favourite suit is too tight. I'm going to do it with the help of Jillian, but I prefer your finger-clicky approach.

Feminist-inspired body confidence is all very well and laudable, but the problem is that if I eat what I fancy all the time then I'd put on a few pounds every year, and at the end of forty years I'd end up with a BMI of 40, diabetes and no knees.

WorraLorraTurkey Thu 06-Dec-12 18:42:11

None, but I'd really love to be able to give my body to someone else so they can do some strenuous sit-ups and crunches for me.

Then they can give it back when the pains has subsided grin

Issy Thu 06-Dec-12 18:43:55

The one or two pounds I've gained since I stopped training for a half marathon in October. I could actually start training seriously again but it's cold and dark and I don't want to damage my knees and.......

Lesbeadiva Thu 06-Dec-12 18:44:29

Abouts 4 pounds...maybe 6 but I can't be arsed. I spent a year losing almost 5 stone so the last 4 pounds has not bothered me one bloody bit,!

SundaysGirl Thu 06-Dec-12 18:46:11

Hmmm I'd not actually want to lose weight, just have the power to re-distribute it around my body. So say plenty off the stomach and re-assign to boobs and butt. grin

IShallCallYouSquishy Thu 06-Dec-12 18:46:12

About 3 stone would be lovely but more realistically 2 would be maintainable.
I've just started slimming world so lets see if I can get there

oooggs Thu 06-Dec-12 18:48:00

Lequeen, I would also like to be that weight and I am that height, but I need to lose a stone!

Waiting til after Christmas to start, not sure where!!

Why do I lose from my boobs & face first?!?!

HoratiaLovesBabyJesus Thu 06-Dec-12 18:48:09

Sensibly, about 10lb from jelly belly and saddlebags, all of which are post-DC flab.

If I knew I wouldn't put it back on ... 25lb taken from all over but particularly between knees and nipples.

AcidTurkishBath Thu 06-Dec-12 18:49:16

I'd like to lose a couple of pounds from my hips and the very tops of my thighs. I have never been able to shift that weight, however skinny the rest of me gets.

EarnestDullard Thu 06-Dec-12 18:50:04

Not sure, as the battery in my scales is dead, but I'm guessing about 1.5st (baby weight).

Walkacrossthesand Thu 06-Dec-12 18:56:31

15kg. Like LadyIsabella, if I eat what I fancy I gain 5Kg/year. I got down to BMI 25 with WW & looked great (I'm broadshouldered & muscular), but it crept up (see above) & i am now maintaining my current weight (BMI 32) by eating a bit less than I fancy. Would dearly love to see the numbers dropping but that means eating seriously less than I fancy & I haven't managed to repeat that. Yet.

I lost 50lbs last year and have maintained ever since, I'm so happy to have reached this point, it was a long journey - but another 7lb would be nice. From my tummy and thighs, please. Face and chest a bit bony. What was that about a low fat diet? <eats another chocolate coin> hmm

fatlazymummy Thu 06-Dec-12 19:14:53

I'd like to lose half a stone. I have already lost over 4 stones and am reasonably happy now, but that would be the icing on the cake.
I would like to lose it off my boobs and an inch or two off my waist. I've never had a nice defined waist that goes in at the sides, even when I've been very slim and fit.
This is my goal for next summer.

One stone.

8st'4lb to 7st'4lb. I am only 5'2 though. It could all be off my top half ideally, I have always had thin legs and a fatter tummy and arms.

FrenchRuby Thu 06-Dec-12 19:23:07

I've lost close to 7 stone so far so I'd like to lose the last stone I have left, preferably off of my arms because they don't seem to have changed at all sad

About one stone, from my thighs and stomach. Stupid baby weight.

GreatCongas Thu 06-Dec-12 19:41:40

Two stone if I can pick where from

BandersnatchCummerbund Thu 06-Dec-12 19:42:42

Anywhere between 1 and 2 stone. I'm not overweight, but still look too chubby. 1 stone off would make me slim, and 2 stone very slim. I'd want to be able to maintain it without too much effort though, so that I could just never think about it ever again - it's so boring. I'm already an hourglass, so I'd want it to come off evenly - although I'd especially look forward to a flat stomach and slender thighs. I'd also want my boobs to magically lift and fill again, though. sad

I'm down around 3 and a half stone since August (today is Day 123!) doing low carb. Another 1 and a half to go - a magic button (fnar!) is just what I need!

yomellamoHelly Thu 06-Dec-12 19:48:32

2 stone 12 pounds to get to BMI of 22 sad

headfairy Thu 06-Dec-12 19:50:00

3 and a half stone please. Can I click my fingers and have a nicely toned body too please?

EugenesAxeChoppedDownANiceTree Thu 06-Dec-12 19:52:07

NickNacks - me too! I might be a bit too thin for my wardrobe though; maybe 3 would be better.

I could lose 13 stone and still only end up with a BMI in the "Healthy" range, and not even right at the bottom end of healthy.
That's well over half my body weight.

javotte Thu 06-Dec-12 20:12:21

5 stone sad

superstarheartbreaker Thu 06-Dec-12 20:17:19

1 stone. Recently put on a stone due to suffing my face. It's natural in cold weather. have started doing the 30 day shred again. It's amazing! It's a fitness dvd and it tones like nothing else.

NorbertDentressangle Thu 06-Dec-12 20:17:53

Half a stone or so from around my middle would be good.

GOLDENLiquidAngel Thu 06-Dec-12 20:18:53

I'm another who'd like some redistribution, rather than loss please! Some off the left nork so I'm not lopsided and a less ridiculous size, and some off my podge stomach, and what's removed put on my bum, preferably in a nice pert, round, toned and perky shakira/kylie style. I long for the day I can fill out the back end of a pair of jeans... Instead I look like the back end of a bus with little to no arse. And the little arse I do have is heading south... Fast. If you could see to it that the norks get lifted a tad, and everything else is toned that'd be just fab thank you kindly

I am totally with MrsTerryPratchett not least because then I wouldn't be utterly miserable with my (Caused By Medication) current BMI of 20 & desperate to get back to BMI 17 or less by whatever means necessary & wishing I could just hack all the revolting wobble off my thunder thighs

So we are clear, I don't think a BMI of 20/my current weight/being a size 6 is fat in/as objective measure. It's just on me that it is absolutely revolting/disgusting/shameful etc blah.

NervousAt20 Fri 07-Dec-12 04:28:52

I lost 5 stone this year. Having been a size 18 I'm now a size 8.

But my instinctive response to this question is 'about half a stone'. I think no matter your size, I think most people will always find fault with themselves...so I'd like to join MrsTerryPratchett's world please! <twirls>

I have about 8 stone to lose...It's never going to happen is it? sad
I was left with a lot of weight after 3rd pregnancy 12 years ago. Previously I lost weight easily, but this would not shift and I have just gone up and up and up...
I know its all about mindset...I try to eat healthily, but I equate dieting with being boring and miserable. I have to do something soon.[hmmm]

I would like to lose 1 stone AND grow 2 inches
in one click please <clutches straws> smile

Shutupanddrive Fri 07-Dec-12 08:11:59

2 stone please!

FunBagFreddie Fri 07-Dec-12 09:06:00

Fat redistribution would be great, how about fat from my inner thighs and waist being magically transferred to my flat bottom.

ImperfectPirouette Fri 07-Dec-12 09:13:42

MrsTerryPratchett - thank you grin

ImperfectPirouette Fri 07-Dec-12 09:15:16

(I managed to hold off on the contradictory urge long enough to post. And no longer. <Decidedly unbeautiful & woefully unlovely>)

RooneyMara Fri 07-Dec-12 09:18:17

I'd want this baby out smile plus the water retention from my legs, not sure why that is happening hmm

Bump is very neat and small
Boobs, fine, I need them to be substantial for feeding him

It's just my legs and bottom that seem to be holding on to a lot of weight.

I was 10 1/2 stone (normally 8 1/2) till the other week, now I'm over 11 hmmhmm

Luckily only 4 weeks to go. It fell off the last two times, I hope it does the same again...

seeker Fri 07-Dec-12 09:21:48

I have a friend who said "darling- if only I was emaciated- then I could eat my way up"

RooneyMara Fri 07-Dec-12 09:24:19

I did that Seeker, when I was about 27. It was very interesting going from 6 stone-ish to a normal weight, sort of stuck around 8 and a half for ages...it was like emerging from a chrysalis or something.

Very strange. And hormonally interesting too.

What if I told you all

that you could lose the weight if you stopped eating crap and started exercising disappears in mysterious haze of smoke

SoggySummer Sun 09-Dec-12 00:53:29

4 stone

RooneyMara Sun 09-Dec-12 07:12:38

Higgy, I'd probably want to lamp you. Have you tried exercising with SPD? Have you?

It's not recommended for a reason.

MoreFrontThanBrighton Sun 09-Dec-12 07:22:41

3 stone and I'd drop it on Higgyjig's head.

FellatioNelson Sun 09-Dec-12 07:38:44

Tell us your secret then higgyjig. Tell us your life's nutritional history. Let's have a run-down of what and when you eat, how you ate as a child, and how much you have weighted throughout your life, wehter or not you have eve regularly drunk alcohol whether you smoke, or have ever smoked, and what you have always done in the way of regular exercise. Whether or not you've ever had to take steroids for illness, whether you've ever had an under active thyroid, or PCOS etc. Tell us. We are all ears.

DingDongKethryverilyonHigh Sun 09-Dec-12 08:53:59

about 7 stone.

theoriginalandbestrookie Sun 09-Dec-12 09:14:46

Good question. I'm 5ft 6 and have lost a wee bit on WW so am just under 11st, 10 st 13.5 to be precise ! I'm delighted that the number is under 11st but ideally I'd like to be 10 st 7. Any less than that I think at my age wouldn't suit, although I do remember going to Scottish Slimmers several hundred years ago with a starting weight of 10st 2 - they shouldn't have let me in.

theoriginalandbestrookie Sun 09-Dec-12 09:18:24

Oh and higgie I exercise at least 3 times per week and eat reasonably healthily. Strangely enough the weight doesn't just melt off, something to do with a messed up metabolism from too much yo yo dieting over the years.

Yes if I keep strictly to Weight Watchers I lose weight but it can be agonisingly slow - fine for me as I only have a small amount to lose, but for those with 3-4 stone or more to live its a long term endeavour not helped by the preponderence of fattening food and over reliance of processed carbs in our culture.

samandi Sun 09-Dec-12 09:35:06

Nothing. I would be instantly toned and muscly though.

Cat98 Sun 09-Dec-12 10:44:06

I'd lose half a stone, please smile
Pretty evenly distributed over my body apart from my boobs would be nice!

I'd lose half a stone. Any more then that and my mum would kick my arse!

fatlazymummy Sun 09-Dec-12 10:53:02

higgyjig been there, done that. But thanks for the amazing insight.
Perhaps you should offer your expertise to the government to assist in tackling the national obesity problem?

ImperfectPirouette Tue 11-Dec-12 00:18:20

higgyjig

Are you my Anorexic Voice? Because you sound quite like it, including the bit about ignoring information that doesn't suit you. That voice is quite certain that it is Lies All Lies from medical professionals about how I SHOULD be overweight because of combinations of healthstuff (including various medications) & if I just Ate Less And Exercised More I would be able to get down to The Right Number, so good of you to come along & confirm.

Of course 700-1200 calories a day is disgustingly greedy of me, how much do you think I should reduce that by? And as for cutting back on my compulsive exercising because it was taking such a massive toll on my health: I shall get back to at least 14 hours of ballet a week rather than my current paltry 8 & up the amount of physio & walking & Other Exercises (eg crunches) I do immediately.

SantaFlashesHisBoobsALot Tue 11-Dec-12 00:58:19

Imperfect love, you're stronger than that voice. I know its hard, but fight it. And if that includes ignoring another poster than do that too.

Higgy your statement is ridiculously short sighted. There is much more to it than that.
