I understand that they are not as large as they used to be ( the ever informative WatchDog TV programme) so no - you need to eat about 3 to be unreasonable...

YANBU I can eat a milk chocolate one in one sitting and have room for a glass of wine

make those calories count that's what i say - it really annoys me when i want some chocolate and there's only tesco mint sandwich biscuits and i end up eating those and wasting allocated chocolate calories

you savour it

YABU because it's Nestle, as you know. But seeing as it's already been bought it would be rude to then not eat it.

No one only counts as one portion. You need to eat other things too!

For example a choclate orange

I like the mint chocolate = one of your five a day thinking on this thread.

I am always very healthy at Christmas. All that Quality Street with it's strawberry, orange, mint and nuts. I should eat pike that everyday, really.

Don't forget the iron in chocolate too - I think you will be OK on the vitamin and mineral front as well. Better eat two just to make sure.
