Had a argument with doctors surgery today
as I had the implant put in and it has turned me into a raging hormanal cow ,just had doctors cancel appointment after I explained f planning put it in they said we dont fund it sorry, women became patronising I lost my temper swore at her which I would never do I am nice.

I can not take anymore deeply unhappy and said thanks for your help and thanks for not getting it ,when I just needed a little empathy and understanding I said i felt like dying because it has changed my whole life and I didnt mean it but dont think I can ever go back, I am unresonable arent I?.

And yes I know this should go in medical but I need advice and a hug and some support please.

YANBU- It's your hormones. I would be cross at the receptionist if she decided to cancel my medical appointment.

Can you go somewhere else and have the implant removed? It may take a while to get back to your old self.

Have a hug-and I don't give them out lightly you know

Maybe the swearing part in unreasonable, but I can really sympathise. The implant is made by Satan. I too had to get mine removed by family Planning, despite it was a GP who put it in

You must try and get an appointment with FP ASAP. Can you get in with them today?

YANBU. I have no experience of either hormones or implants, but, frustration turns some of us into harpies.
Get it out as others have advised.

i had mine taken out by the same gp who put it in, it also turned me into a mad woman and made my depression worse - funny now after a month of it being out im a happier person who actually enjoys life!

I was so desperate for it to be out i considered DIY surgery!

you can have it removed at a hospital asap if your hospital has a family planning unit.

good luck and virtual hug x

Here's a hug but tell no-one. I don't usually do hugs.

I hope you get some real support soon. Try and get an appointment with FP to have it removed.

Mine turned me into a raving pyscho bitch. My DH would tell you I'm no better without it!

Oh I've cried at the doctors too when I was sick & in need & they were horrible. I was mortified but couldn't help myself - it was just so wrong.

GP's not the place to go when you're feeling down - they dish out pills not hugs & understanding.

good luck in getting dreaded implant out!

here's another hug (((( )))))

Glad you have that sorted

That 'thing' really is a bitch when it comes to playing about with your hormones. I felt as though I could easily go out into the street and destroy something. I was a scary sight. The bleeding daily for six months was a nightmare too.
