First time at this so bear with me

Is anyone else slightly confused at what constitutes an 18 cert? Have just seen advert for "The Crazies" and it lists "strong, bloody violence and language". It's rated a 15, what does that leave for 18 certs? :s.

Also did anyone else stress at their first time posting? Sat for ages with my finger hovering over the create button lol

It's given an 18 cert if it has everything they have in a 15 but with smoking in it

create conversation button....

ILIVEONBENEFITS....you wont see it unless you start a thread

as for certs....i'd expect an 18 would have graphic sex scenes....but more so than a 15 nudity wise.

Create button on the AIBU thread page at the bottom.

I think 18 certs. have sexual violence in them as opposed to the strong bloody type which is obviously suitable for 15's

this recent classifications page from the BBFC miht help you. You can see that there are 18's with "stong bloody violence and sustained terror" also "strong sex" "gore" and "infrequent real sex"

This is markedly different to the 15 classifications of "strong violence" "gory images" and "sex references".
