what a complete bunch of wankers.
by the way this isnt me trying to get money out of them, its my hubs having to pay them nearly £300 per month for a child he hasnt seen for 11 years.
ex had an affair, ran off with their child and habs hasnt been able to contact them for 11 years now.that is of course until the csa contact us,now we are finding it a struggle to cope financially with our 2 year old, rent, bills, etc but they just dont fecking care!

I agree with Sheik - terrible system for both sides, seems to be really good at targetting father's that don't deserve to get fucked over

and failing to assist mother's with fuckwit selfish ex's.

Yes, they are useless. But what hacks a lot of people off most is the need for the CSA in the first place. If parents accepted responsibility for their own children then it wouldn't be up to tax payers (who are often hardworking parents themselves) to fund the CSA to have to chase them.

Thats only one side of the argument findtheriver.

Some NRP's have always paid but the PWC will use the CSA against them as the CSA demand so much.

Like Shiek says, CSA scews everyone

Yes Dippy, but it all comes down to conflict between the parents over the child doesn't it? If the PWC is using the CSA as a stick to beat the NRP then it's pretty crap parenting. If people could just accept that once you make a baby together, you are taking on a commitment for at least 18 years, regardless of whether you remain as a couple or not, then there wouldnt be a problem.

A PWC who tries to screw the NRP is as bad as a parent who fucks off and tries to avoid any responsibility. It's just another form of screwing the tax payer.
