AIBU?

To think there should be bigger consequences for this behaviour?

Oh I am angry.

My cousin is a true PFB. Only child, golden child, despite messing up school and getting sacked from every job he's had. He still lives at home, and my aunt still tidies his room every day (he's 25!)

He recently lost his driving license for drink driving in his mums car, but it was all brushed under the carpet.

He started a fight when we were all out at the pub the night before my grandads funeral, turned up the next day with a bandaged eye after his dad, the oldest son, had spent 8 hours in A&E with him (hard to explain to our gran).

Now I have just heard my aunt and uncle went away for two weeks, and have come home to find he house trashed. They have had to call in proffesional cleaners, three doors have to be replaced, their tv screen is smashed, drinks cabinet not only empty but ripped from the wall and ruined. They have said he can pay them for the bills in installments, and 'might have to look at moving out'.

Another cousin has mutual friends and reports he was in local village pubs off his head and bragging that 'the twats deserve to have their house wrecked'.

Oh I'm so angry, they should kick him out, for everyones good.

Ah, sure you don't live there!!

Let them get on with it. A rod for their own back and all that!!

When does the bloody rod snap though?

It's unbelievable.

I agree, he sounds like a foul piece of work and a revolting spoiled brat to boot but he's their problem, not yours!

Just trust in karma, he'll get his one day. big time.

At least they are making him pay for stuff.
