to expect parents to let grown up siblings sort out their own argument?

I can see how they might want to be peace-makers but taking sides just sounds wrong (unless one side is being completely unreasonable). It's surely safer just to keep well out of it though!

It was an argument over siblings kids. Nothing major, but I just feel that the siblings should be left to sort out their own children without being moaned at by own parents too. Just thinking whether I abu for thinking/feeling that.

Both other parties involved are MNers so no doubt they will be along soon enough to put across their view too! I am being very honest though, didn't even namechange for it

I am one of the siblings, the one that got ganged up on so I of course think its unreasonable!
It happened yesterday but was carried on a bit today. Its all over now except I am still not happy about the way it went.
