ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Rhetorical question but seriously, ARGHHHHHH!

Bastards, spent 2 hours cleaning and tidying and then they don't even bother turning up - no phone call to the agent for explanation - nothing. Makes me SOOOOOOOOO angry.

I hope you are going to phone the estate agents and give them a right old mouthful.

YANBU YANBU YANBU

I used to hate this - was so pleased when we finally sold.

Mind you, house is a right old tip now (still waiting to complete).

Even worse - my sisters house is up for sale. She had a knock at the door and people had come to view. Estate agent had not bothered to inform my sister.

Next day my sister leaves a message on estate agents phone. Estate agent phones my sister and says she has phoned the viewee and apologised.

Who is paying for the estate agent. They are useless!!!!!

Then viewee says she liked the house, but oh it has not got a garage. Why don't they read the particulars????

Do not get me started on Estate Agents please.

Estate agents are (for the most part) totally useless. They are cocky, arrogant, and have had it far to easy with a buoyant property market over the past decade. I cannot wait for a serious low in the house market so they actually have to earn their money for a change.

I do realise there are some very good estate agents out there, but the ones I have dealt with have been pants. Complete and utter pants.

Wilkie, rejoice in the clean house and give the agent an earful tomorrow!

I rang the agent today but it's not really their fault. The viewing was confirmed yesterday and no one answered at the contact number they had for the viewees.

I do agree though, Agent is costing us £1700 - it is SO high for not an awful lot of work.

Before me and DH got married, we were selling his starter home in Bristol,
It was victorian and backed onto a cycle path.
Anyway, one Saturday i came back home from a half day at work and lay on sofa for a nap.
About 2hrs later got up and saw a young couple, climbing over our wall in the back garden (this is in broad daylight).
I went upstairs to get a better view and they were looking in our lounge window (just where i had been sleeping).
I opened the window and asked "what do you think you are doing?!" and they said that they wanted to have a peek before asking about viewing the house.
They never did view it, bloody cheek.
