Ok, I'm still going on about the sodding Micralite Fastfold and kiddicare.

Brief outline of issue:

Bought fastfold last november. Since then, the front wheels have broken three times, the seat unit has collapsed and the sun visor has needed to be restitched. (it is still in warranty)

I contacted Micralite direct as I'd had loads of problems with kiddicare the last time the wheel snapped however to date they have ignored my correspondence so I reluctantly went back to kiddicare to try and get a refund.

They (eventually) said they'd give me a refund, minus a use charge of approx 50 quid 'as a gesture of good will' (the product is clearly unfit for purpose so how is this good will ) Anyway I would have to return this to the UK myself (currently in Oz) which was going to cost well over £100 so not worth it.

I have conceeded that I will be satisfied if they send me a replacement wheel so I can at least give the damn thing away however they won't post it to me overseas - I have to find a third party in the UK who will then have to fork out the cost of sending to me.

AIBU to expect them to say 'ok, this is saving us £170 which we'd claim back from the manufacturer anyway so let's spend a tenner sending this out'?
