I found myself wandering round the supermarket singing "I use mouthwash...sometimes I floss" Worst lyrics ever.

Alexis Petridis in the Grauniad pointed out that she's the anti-Morrisey, in that he can take everyday situations and make them seem profound, whereas she can take everyday situations and make them seem even more mundane. And Good Lord above, her over-pronunciation is painful.

#I've got a familee, and I drink cups of tea.#

I was thinking of doing her on Stars in their Eyes. And then I considered that I might well be murdered by my familee before it got that far.

LOL pointy. If you follow my progress closely, you will discover my terrible secret: every single thing I quote is from the Guardian. It is my sole source of information and opinion.

That's ok. My only source is The Simpsons

Good choice. The Simpsons is DP's main source of quotable information. His other source is Frank Zappa.

I'd recommend NOT listening to her album then

Is that brian adams singing the theme tune to "Timothy goes to schooooool", my 2 year old knows the whole thing off by heart probably due to her watching the same episode 4 times a day(i know bad lazy mother with telly addict toddler).Oh and also does this not drive you effing mental "im the map im the map im the map im the map,im the map!" Dora....grrrrrr.

DH insists that her accent is a "mockney" one and reckons she is a middle class lass just faking it. Not sure myself but am guessing that "mockney" might be more saleable. I do like the one she does called "Birds".
