To be really pissed off

Found out I have a polip and endometriosis will have to have surgery. While out for drinks I took one of my tablets for it. Friend then asked if I was ok, I just said it was for my endometriosis and not to worry hopefully won't be on these much longer. this other girl then piped up and said it was all nonsense and I clearly have a low pain threshold and should just get on with life rather than being dramatic. I've spent years struggling with this passing out and being sick from pain. I had actually had a really painful day but made an effort to come out and this girl made me feel really crap.

That other girl is a twat. I have gynae issues and often end up in tears trying to wee. Anyone who doesn't have these issues is lucky and if they tell you to woman up they're a twat. I would wish my issues on them so the could empathise but I doubt they would, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

Any woman - indeed any person - who doesn't appreciate some people suffer horrendously with their periods is a twat.

What a shitty thing to say to someone. For a start, massively inappropriate, and clearly not true, I hear endo is completely vile for pain.

But also who cares if someone experiences pain differently? It's not something to be smug about, pain is pain when it's experienced by the person suffering from it.
