Attaching this picture and name changed for this thread as it's identifying may be.
Bought a large number of toys for DCs from Toys r Us and this was one of them that we opened right away. A bubble water bottle comes with this toy which of course worked so well with it. Kids loved it and it was amazing. Then the bloody boldly bottle finished and we went off to buy this bottle (in the picture). The fucking things doesn't work. I have tried couple other brands too (had some water at home, leftover from birthdays etc) and nothing worked.
FFS! We paid ££s for this! How in the world am I supposed to make it work? Please help me!!

Thanks for the reply. I can't find the receipt yet. It's also a big hassle as I am working right up to Christmas and so is DH and we are not in the town (village, quite a bit of a drive to the shops)

toy itself is fine completely. It working exactly as when we bought it. It's the bubble making water that's the issue. So I am hoping someone who has faced this could come up with some kind of an idea for that or know some sure fire bubble water supplement that isn't as crap as this Toys R Us? Sad

I've had to go through loads of types of bubble mixture not for this toy but bubble machines. Some are too thin etc. I think one we picked up in asda/tesco was ok

Can't you contact the manufacturer? Twitter and FB work best.
