Ok. I'll bite..... Why?

But do you have a stunt washing up area?! That, surely, is the question!

Is a stunt pineapple the recipient of specialist training for dealing with non-pineapple activities.

Like hoovering up or dancing the salsa?

I NEED TO KNOW!

I need to see how this pans out....

My DP could work out why I was in fits of giggles the other week when arrived home from the shop with a stunt pineapple with no request from me.

Report
TheEmmaDilemma · 11/11/2016 15:10

*couldn't.

Damn it!

Have also been to the farmers market and bought a casserole that I'm going to pass off as my own!
Wouldn't bother if she wasn't such a bitch but I can't wait for the 'oh I don't know how you do it with a toddler and a newborn *tinkly laugh' comment! Grin

A stunt pineapple?

Can someone please fill me in on what a stunt pineapple is? Does it drive in choreographed car chases and leap off buildings onto off-camera mats and crash through fake windows?

I feel I need to know also. In case I have to add stunt pineapples to my day to day repertoire along with Janet and Roy and pombears.

Stunt pineapple is from a classic thread not long ago where someone admitted to buying a pineapple to put in the fruit bowl to impress visitors. Like posh soap in the downstairs loo etc.

Stunt pineapple - something you leave casually in your fruit bowl to look more fancy than just apples and oranges. "Oh yes, one often has pineapple with ones home made fruit salad"

Well done that woman.

I only wish a stunt pineapple would sort out my SIL. Grin

I used to get posh fruit juice (rather than sainsbury's value), expensive wine, olives and interesting cheese when now DH and I were in the early days of dating....

Sunnydawn · 11/11/2016 15:35

Don't forget to switch the hand wash too.

Report
diddl · 11/11/2016 15:37

Good grief, why bother?

Why are you trying to impress her when you think that she's a bitch?

Does a pineapple impress people?

ratspeaker · 11/11/2016 15:37

Oh dear, I read the opening line as stun pineapple.
I had visions of you lobbing it over from behing the safety of the sofa

I'm sorry but I think I need an image of what a "stunt pineapple" is.

I have images of one dressed all in black about to abseil down a building, dodging weapons being thrown at it while doing that.

Go for it.

you are going to be very welcome on my thread, "help needed with my mumsnet character Christmas guest list". A stunt pineapple is on the shopping list, and suggested by many. We will reserve a special seat at the extravaganza so that you can tell us how it went today.

Gosh, you really don't like your sister in law yet care very much about what she thinks. Shrugs.
