AIBU?

To buy this even though dh won't be impressed?

We need new bedding. Dh has requested "no bloody seqins or beads to create patterns on my face" (Lovely John Lewis satin ones that look so nice - but sequin face is annoying). I asked him re colours and he said he had no preference other than the above.

Well, I've struggled to find something I like that's classy and matches the room etc but then found this in king size...

Dh has no idea what's coming Grin

Omg I love that! That's the kind of thing I'd buy if I had such vague instructions

That is awesome. I might buy one and sit all my old original care bears on the bed to make me look even more crazy!

I want one!

Do it Grin.

On another note, aren't beads & sequins bloody uncomfortable to rest your face on? Confused

Yes, you have to turn the pillow over for actual sleeping. They are annoying so I know what dh means.

Yabu it's going to feel horrible with that much polyester.

Genius. Grin
I am so tempted by this, DP is being such a PIA over bedding and I am sick of looking at mismatched (various levels of faded) plain black stuff.

If pillowcases have sequins or beads on my DM just puts the bottom pillow on top at night or flips it to the plain side. She has really beautiful stuff with those bits only on the bottom of the duvet but they would never last here sigh.
