AIBU?

To wonder if this is revenge porn?

A friend of mine had a one night stand. She was very drunk and can't remember anything.

When she woke up the next morning she found out that had taken some snapchats and sent them to his friends. They were snapchats so she has no idea of the content but believes them to be explicit. He says that she gave her consent to sharing them as she posed for them.

Should she report this or forget it? There is no evidence of the content of the images other than social media comments from his friends implying they have all seen them.

That's awful for her. Difficult to make a case without screen shots, which I guess is why he did that. Still worth reporting I think.

I think I would get a legal opinion on this.
She should go to a solicitor.

Just because she posed for them does not mean she gave consent for them to be shared!

I think she should contact the police. They may not be able to arrest him but they could give him a stern talking to about consent and human decency.

She had a ONS where she can't even remember sending pics to his friends. That would tell me she wasn't able to give consent either.

Report him and give him the fright of his life

If she was too drunk to legitimately consent to the snap chats it makes me wonder if she wasn't too drunk to consent to whatever else happened.

Not revenge porn, a scummy sleazebag tho, definitely report - if only to stop him doing it again

What a twat for going that. Shows the type of bloke he is. Can't see what she can do though

Report. Give him a nasty shock. Might stop him doing it again to someone else.
