DD had her first jabs on Thursday and has been poorly and sleepy ever since so I was a bit pissed off when she was woken up when the postman rang my intercom (horrible loud shrill buzzer) to tell me he had a parcel for number 4 next to me - he doesn't normally do that. So when I went out to collect my post I saw this note taped to the door. AIBU to think this is really cheeky as she hasn't asked me if that's ok? I appreciate it's annoying if your bell doesn't work but why make it everyone else's problem without checking with them first? I'm particularly uncomfortable with people knowing they can be automatically buzzed in as my baby's dad isn't allowed to contact us due to harassment which she doesn't know about, but still, it's a general security risk and there are some expensive buggies just inside the door... And jabs or not, I don't really want my young baby woken up every time one of her asos parcels turns up! She's not particularly in my good books anyway as she has a habit of leaving stinking bin bags out on the shared landing for days at a time as well but that's another story.
