To think the last thing my friend (who has just lost her baby) should be thinking about is this?

My friend has recently lost her baby, which is of course very sad. She had a package for photoshoots all payed and booked, she had already had the newborn ones done, but the package included 6 months and a year. She keeps going on about wanting her money back. Isn't this a bit odd?
