Do you wash gym clothing after every session?

Yes. It is sweaty and rank otherwise.

God yes.

My is dripping by the time I have finished. Wearing it more than once would be pretty grim

Depends how sweaty you get/what workout you've done. For me, despite pushing myself to the absolute maximum I just do not sweat much at all Confused because of this I tend to wash mine after every second use. However, if I did get very sweaty or noticed that they smelt they'd be going straight in the machine

Always! It's not just about any smell, unwashed gym clothing is a fantastic environment for bacteria to grow... its really nasty not to wash your exercise clothing between use.

Running shorts I sometimes use twice but they're loose so don't get sweaty. Top, underwear and socks are always drenched so they get washed, yes.

Yes

Yes. Don't use fabric conditioner it wrecks technical fabrics.

If stuff is super stinky, use vinegar in the pre wash.

If your stuff isn't sweaty you didn't work hard enough WinkGrin

Absolutely

No...but only because I often run twice daily so will wear the same kit for both sessions. It certainly gets washed after every day's use, IYSWIM.
And its important never to use fabric conditioner and to turn the spin down to 800 max. Ruins the fibres otherwise.

I wash all our technical fabrics at either 30 or 40 degrees, fast spin with fabric conditioner. They are all still in perfect condition. I don’t tumble dry them however. They dry really fast anyway.

Yes. Think of all the bacteria festering in your unwashed kit.

Straight away! With detergent and a blast of vinegar.
