DP is working away.
Kids having a rare sleepover at DPs parents.
I was invited out on a girls night out on the town. I rarely get the chance to go on nights out and usually I am all for it.
Tonight I dropped kids off at 5pm. Looked at my wardrobe and thought can I really be arsed.
I mean I would actually have to wash my hair and shave my legs !
So here I am. Silent house, bottle of wine and feel somewhat a lazy slob. But I am enjoying this. Just saw pictures of said girls night out. Yes, this looks very exciting and fun but, I have no willpower to spend over two hours trying to make myself look even slightly presentable.

AIbu or shall I just carry on being a lonely drunken mum of two Grin

Nope! Not unreasonable. I genuinely couldn't be arsed even if I happened to be invited on a girls night out. Which I wouldn't Grin
I only really go out if I have a full day to prepare. Because I procrastinate when it comes to matters of being presentable. Even then it's with DH to a gig or something and I usually embarrass myself and him. So not worth it!
Also pissed in PJ's. Rocking the shit out of a YouTube playlist. Best way!

Thanks ! I have been told numerous times tonight by my friend that due to the fact I am ONLY (yes in actual capitals) 25 I am wasting my youth.

What the hell. I have not had a whole house to myself in years. This is bliss...

Bonuses of your evening;
-No fannying about trying to get a cab home and freezing your arse off waiting for it,
-No aching feet tomorrow after dancing in your ridiculous heels,
-No wondering what the hell happened to your handbag,
-No need to spend an hour consoling the girl that starts sobbing about her boyfriend in the toilets.
-No need to remove all your makeup in a drunken state.

Enjoy your pyjamas party Grin

I too am raising a glass to your decision Wine whilst I slurp my own gin and tonic with the kids tucked up snoozing in their beds.
